The "international community expects to hear China’s voice" says the narrator - seemingly Xi Jinping, and see "China's solutions", which can be viewed by entering 'The World's One Family' in YouTube search. It's the one on the top.

Audio is Chinese, but the English captions are good.

A "global security initiative" is proposed, among other things. The President of Serbia is seen gushing thankfully for China’s help during Covid; China is Serbia's "sworn brother", the Pres. says.

Friendly Chinese abound in the video, wanting to "help other countries".

It's well worth spending the five minutes it takes to watch it.

I don't know how to do either of those things. However, I just repeated what I advised - opened YouTube and typed in the title, and there it was. If it works for me, it should work for you: someone more at home with technology than I am: an old dog unable to learn new tricks. Sorry I can't be more help.

I also typed 'the world's one family, china' into Google, and the video came up with Xi grinning and waving. Try that.

Youtube will put things in your feed primarily and your search history due to a reasonably comprehensive algorithm, something the OP is obviously going to struggle to understand. As a paranoid ultra RWNJ his search history is likely to include a decent dose on China to keep him clicking merrily away. For him to be screaming "The Chinese Communist Party is using YouTube as a propaganda medium." when most of us are aware just how clueless that statement is tells it all really.

But I do get a kick out of imagining what your Youtube feed looks like mate. It must be utterly bizarre collection of rabbit holes tugging you here and there. No kitten videos for you I assume.
