Answer- Well those that are perceptive see Daniel Andrews sympathetic corroboration of principles with Communist China- those Chinese camera's are banned in the US as I understand.

But more and more Chinese mobile phones are appearing on the Australian market. The third most popular phone operating system is made in Hong Kong and owned by Chinese company TCL- very leaky according to reports.

Based on what we know about the Chinese Communists- why would you think they would avoid using these systems if they thought they could get away with it.

The revelations about the increase in spying has renewed calls for the Confucius programs - nothing more than Chinese Communist propaganda - in universities to be closed down. Good call. They should never have been allowed in the first place.

I can't understand why the universities are still allowing the Confucius programs in- it's obvious what they are doing- they therefore must approve of what they are doing- they are putting the Australian people in a very dangerous position.

Isn't every phone, computer, tablet etc made in China ? Is it actually possible to buy an electronic gadget that is not made in China ?

Samsung, Asus, Sony - not made in China.

Google and Apple - divesting from China.

I don't have a smartphone: just a 'phone' for emergency. I manage to live without such things. Didn't have to reveal myself to the police state during Covid. No crank calls. No poking around in my financial dealings.

We need to keep a low profile in Australia these days, and not just because of China: there's our own government - Socialist with, increasingly, Chinese characteristics.
