Only one group is our First Nations People - the original owners
and people of this country. The rest of us are living on their
land without having asked them if we could. They are special -
we're not.

We're guests in their home.

A Voice to Parliament will give our Indigenous communities
a route to help[ inform policy and legal decisions that
impact on their lives. Giving people a say will lead to
more effective results.

Embedding a Voice in the Constitution would recognize the
special place of our Indigenous people in Australia's history
but importantly would also mean that it can't be shut down by
successive governments.

Vote YES. It's the right thing to do by our Indigenous people.
They deserve to be recognized as such and allowed to have a
say in decisions that effect them. To date decisions have been
made for them without any consultation.
