Fester states: "In the early 70s I remember a book in the school library saying that by 2000 the world would be out of oil and running on nuclear."
Well Fester your unnamed book written by an unnamed author from the school library was wrong we clearly have not run out of oil.
Fester also states "Exxon Mobil treated the prediction appropriately."
If we extend Fester's logic forward then Fester is suggesting that it was appropriate for Exxonmobile to play down the fact that their predictions accurately predicted human-caused global warming.
