Queensland - the final analysis : Comments

Interesting times: there could be bad news for Anna Bligh but not necessarily bad news for Kevin Rudd this weekend.

Lessons in real life.

I credit Anna Bligh on her courage to call an early election for Queensland. The growing uncertainties be they the social cohesive elements, the need to provide more human capital to the bush or the face of scarce resources in the downfall of the World economy....

An election sooner than later, is Good for Queensland.

Secondly, the Premiers integrity to stand firm, in her own right to say; 'If elected as the next Premier, I will choose my next cabinet' .... is the very true call we in Queensland needed to hear.

If there is one thing, as a resident I needed to hear from Ms Anna Bligh, it is that she is willing to address the issue of Administrations in Queensland.

We need to clean up the lot!

This call, in my view, is the making of a leader where there are all sorts of misguided relationships underwriting the apathy, the malign fabric of Queensland, where the aftermath of the Pauline Hanson and Howard debacles are still highly evident in regional areas, such as Cooktown and Cape York.

I add that if we are talking about 'good governance' and "transparency" , than I consider the Cape York Region unworkable in its present condition.... unless you consider the new paint present can continue to be left to deprive the air of real capacity straining, beneath the crustlike spots, the contemptible, no matter how starched the cloak appears from a distance.

We need independent minds to be allowed to contribute and flourish in Cooktown. We have not one.

We need to introduce mechanisms that affront Local Council with opposition. We have not one.

Our council is mostly made up of One Nation - National and Liberal which might be okay if there were also some ALP, or other representatives local. The democratic representation from here is a closed shop in Cooktown, and the Cape regions. They are emotively driven.

I speak for Cooktown a small town that once gave life to the historical charm and pride of a nation.

The lesson for both State and federal governments is that spin cannot cover up poor performance and ultimately there will be a reckoning.

Politicians like to explain losses in terms of a 'poor campaign' because that puts the blame back on the voters for being sheeple and absolves politicians from finally being accountable for their own inadequacies and self-serving ways.

The Bligh government's record is one of incompetence and arrogance. Anna Bligh was warmly welcomed by Queensland and voters showed that they were more than willing to cut her some slack, especially because she was the new girl on the block. However along with her favoured colleagues she worked hard to lose that trust and support.

To top it off, they were always too posh to consult with anyone outside of their inner circle so there was no chance of any change for the better. 'Nuff said.

What rubbish Miacat.

Bligh is a dictatorial bitch, who has gone early, because she knows just how bad her government will look in another few months. Just watch the fur fly, if she does get back in, & starts to try to throw her weight around. Still, it would not matter too much, you could not select a worse, or more talentless cabinet, than this last lot, appointed by Baettie. He did have the power to select this no talent lot, to protect his backside.

I can't believe you could expect labor to clean up the public service. Their main strength is the publis service union, & they are mot about to reduce it's number, or make them unhappy, no matter how bad they are.

With no idea of what to do, she has tried to be a Beattie, in a skirt, & that has not worked too well either. A mouth full of teath, does not a smile, make.

Hasbeen, Invective does not constitute rational argument.

Calling Anna Bligh a dictatorial b* is nasty tribalist politics, devoid of factual substance. You add nothing whatever to the debate. GROW UP.

Anna Bligh is personable, non-arrogant and competent. You can't seriously believe that the Opposition, from Springborg down, have much competence, do you?

thank's be the election is near over..,ever since labor abolished the other house it has been a one sided dictatorship run by the beuro-roc-rats, set up to serve big buisness intrests, be they manesium plants getting gifts of half a BILLION,each from state and fed govts, or mearly the water or power monopolies,or mineral or state taxes and riches off the people

when the bejelkie peterson era moved to a sure close the cream of the nationals simply took over the lab rat party,

beatie was a bejelkie peterson case lawyer..[be it for the defense or persicution the results indicate greatest incompetance]lest we forget the young national that was jury foreman, his[beatup beatie's]love affair and admiration for jbp were quite obvious near the end,the debate re anna or the other dude is absurd in the state run by the beaurocracy

lets get the facts straight, the dirt is comming out re what lab rat govt beuro-roc-rats have been doing, privatisation and lease back, favour's for mates, jobs for the boys ,we even had the previous peter of the beatups who said he would resign if he couldnt fix health,[and he didnt]and neither did anna, plus redland's dental health is by appointment only, who runs the state means nothing [cause the beuro-roc-rats run it as a selective franchise[they selrect who can or will run[not the ha ha parties]

but all get off lightly, the demon autocratic national lib mutation will be controlled by the same beuro-roc-rat inbred elites running the state now, its not change just getting out before the poop hits the fan[or making sure top get re-elected before the truth gets out

[an unlikely option as we dont have real media reporting up here, just police policing as the beuro-roc-rats tell them to[for revenue raising and protecting big buisness from being forced to account for their abuses]

John Black has summed up Queensland pretty well. He may not have been up in the hot North, where the unrest is palpable. When that fool Borbidge won unexpectedly in similar circumstances, his bumbling Attorney General Beanland, failed to roll back the unfettered power grab by Goss in 1991, when he effectively established a socialist dictatorship in Queensland in the model created by Bob Menzies in 1952.

Borbidge deserved Hanson, because he was too thick, and too dominated by the lawyers in the National Party, to realize that there had been a naked power grab, and a winner takes all regime established in Queensland. When the distinction between court and chambers, was abolished by S 128 Supreme Court of Queensland Act 1991, unfettered political power was vested in the Executive Government, and the Australian Constitution was abolished.

No one in Queensland has any property anymore. The Police state established between 1991 and 2009, owns everything, and the separation of powers guaranteed by Christianity, has been made nugatory. Every State that has abolished the separation of powers, between a judge and jury, has failed, and even the United Kingdom is on the brink of collapse. Unfettered political power leads to absolute corruption, as exists in NSW and Victoria. Gangs and Police rule.

When Emperor Ming, in 1952, cut the head off the High Court by giving a paid public servant power to deny access to that court, he repealed the Constitution or Goss would never have gotten away with his vandalism in 1991. In 1996, the High Court ruled the 1991 and 1952 Acts illegal. The Liberals in Canberra refused to enforce that ruling.

Neither Liberals nor the communists can survive in a Christian environment. Australia had a Christian environment because the Magna Carta established that in England in 1297. The English made any trial without a jury void, in 1640, and tried a Republic between 1649-60. They re-established a Monarchial republic soon after, but when the Roman Catholic King, wanted to reestablish a fascist regime, the army would not fight. The Christian republic was established by the Coronation Oath 1688

A couple of the rants here reflect the electorate I found in Townsville last week; highly intelligent engineers, their wives and families expressing discontent with the system of atheism established by the S 6: Supreme Court of Queensland Act 1991.

The Police State was established when in 1991 the State Parliament legislated to bind Almighty God.

The Crown in all its capacities is bound by, and has the benefit of, this Act.

This means every Police Officer and public servant is now no longer an Australian, but is a State Officer. When JH was elected he refused to apply the changes made in the Criminal Code Act 1995 and Trade Practices Act 1974 or assert the dominance of the Commonwealth Crown. A State Parliament cannot bind the Crown in all its capacities.

The Commonwealth public officials sitting in the Federal and High Court of Australia as Judges, and refusing to compete under the Trade Practices Act 1974 have not stopped this rort, and Justice Kiefel is one of them; a Cairns girl. If the NLP win and abolish the illegal Supreme Court Act and open the Queensland courts to compete with the Federal Courts, then there is a lot of revenue to come from the elites who have been oppressing Queenslanders for eighteen years.

Every Christian in Church in Australia claims My God Reigns. We sing the praises of Almighty God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. We do this because until 1952, our God did. This is the Trinity. Our God reigns when we get a representative of Almighty God sitting on a bench in a court. On His right hand sit twelve disciples, representing the Risen Christ, and when Almighty God gets advice from the twelve disciples, and the Justice takes a verdict, Christ rules. Jesus Christ was a humble King. He deferred to the Holy Ghost, and in Luke 12 verse 10 confirmed His humility.

Jury trials are practical Christianity, where the government must answer to the people. The industrious and hard working people of Queensland should be set free to generate wealth for all Australians

it is funny to realise how many lawyers have become premiors[generally]...as well as specificlly in qld...[beauty beatup knew the constitution wasnt being used in the courts so simple rewote the qld con-stitution into an act..[act 70 of 2002]...lol

not a wimper from the de selected media[complicite in allowing statue law of buisness to replace constitutional law, that creates the means that reclassifies its people as buisness as usual cannon-fodder for the law-society to run govt by decreeing civil-acts as law

true law requires a criminal to account for causing others injury[no injured party no crime,...but the sunshine police state[mate it rape mate]keep's the people perpetually revenue-raising wage-slaves,but who to talk to about it[ha ha ]its a closed loop con,

the media is in on the game, long ago silenced by the private/lawyer controled fed/reserve that creates[or as is now occuring limits]the creation and issue of fiat currency based on nickle coin rather than the higher value silver coin...as our coin was pre decimilisation,

they were actually ALLOWED to steal the peoples gold[then silver, and then copper coin,...thanks be to that exclusive london based law society, controling the issue of justice, via un lawfull and unconstitutional law made legal by the legal lie created upon a fiction applicable only to its society members

,..[thus by changing our status from freeman being into civilian of the state,[legally called an imbisile]but thus subject to their law society acts, not constituted and common law
#
but why bother trying to explain[your as a registeerd voter[of the incorperation voting in the next trustee that will abuse his[or her] power of autournie like the legal[lawfull imbisiles really are]

you vote between the two ,main party selections[chosen and controlled by the party..selected by your self serving beruro-roc-rat tics[with party loyalty, not loyalty to the cash-cow[the voter]..,giving his people power to the law society [ha

ha its so funny, the demonic autocracy laughts at the fools, not knowing voting creates a ward of the state [state]for the beuro-roc-rats to do as they please over their franchised wage-slaves,voting to get exploited by the left hand or the right

go vote you serfs
jokes on you[again]

It's now Sunday morning and Labor has been returned with a handsome majority. Perhaps John Black would like to write a new article explaining why relying on opinion polls and wishful thinking is not really a good idea...?

Yes, I imagine there'll be quite a bit of egg-sucking among the Qld punditry today - as there should also be among certain OLO blatherers.

Bligh's Labor government has many faults, but the alternative was much worse. Quite simple, really.

If I could predict it, why couldn't the so-called experts?

oh dear cj arnt you seeing the ol underdog pattern, and how there is nothing like saying its going to be a hung parliment to rally the base, im more amased at the low voter turnout ,seems the liberal nationalists didnt rally their base

hardly any suprise with the sold out media loyalties the way they are, i recall watching the news 'local'papers dying ,when all govt advertising went to one multinational franchise

anyhow its over again ,in the next few mths we will see why anna was allways needing to go early ,the books are in a terrible state, 4 million of intrest payments PER DAY? ,means a lot of spent credit has gone to the labourite building franchises, and more on the way ,but who believes any thing the media just makes go away

note we heard no new taxes?
there is a reason for that ,who is going to pay for all those new jobs jobs jobs [100,000] just by ana bligh

,all policing things to raise revenue [shut the gate on the police state, move over victoria, crimes goning main steam in qld] but it will be called law and [new world] order

What happens in the election in Queensland is really irrelevant in the longer term. Parliament in Queensland has exceeded its authourity in an enormous way back in 1991, when it did two things. Firstly it has passed legislation that pretends to bind the federal Crown, and created Star Chamber Courts throughout Queensland. These one man or woman Courts, are illegal and were declared so in 1996 by the High Court but since the quality of Queensland lawyers is so low, the Queensland Judiciary has never accepted the decision.

Secondly there are no legally constituted courts nor legally passed laws in Queensland since mid 1991 when instead of the Seal of the Lawful Sovereign of Australia, the State of Queensland has affixed a State Coat of Arms in direct defiance of Federal authority. There are rumours about that the Commonwealth is going to have to appoint an administrator to Queensland because of the enormous debts accumulated under the Beattie Government, and that the Federal Court of Australia is going to be modified to comply with the Australian Constitution.

The Queensland government must know it is in deep trouble. Now it has a Labor government in Canberra it is going to have to abide the laws of the Commonwealth. While there was a Liberal Government in Canberra all State Governments simply thumbed their noses at Canberra, which could not do anything about them, because under the Liberals it was like a man living in a glass house. It could not afford to throw stones.

The evil that men do lives after them. The absolutely evil destruction of the separation of powers between Church and State, that manifests itself in a one man Court, has led to the greatest amount of bloodshed and war the world has ever seen. No State that has merged Church and State has ever survived for long. When Political Parties take on the characteristics of a religion, and lawyers benefit enormously from promoting a merger of church and State, so that they instead of the Pope can sell justice, then the country is in a mess

one under god posted, on Sunday, 22 March 2009 10:14:59 AM, in the opening paragraph:

"... , [I']m more ama[z]ed at the low voter turnout, ....".

I wonder where one under god got the idea that there has been a low voter turn-out at the Queensland State elections?

Queensland elections results are available from this entry page: http://www.ecq.qld.gov.au/asp/index.html

Here are the prerequisites for viewing the tallyboard: http://www.ecq.qld.gov.au/asp/ecqTallyboard.html Not much use to any member of the public not running the latest Microsoft operating system, is it? And a minimum half hour download on broadband to boot! The Australian Electoral Commission ran its virtual tallyroom with cross-platform accessibility and no need to download any special package to access the progressive results. How was the ECQ tallyboard meant to be an improvement over the AEC system? Alternatively, what was restricting the access to progressive results meant to help conceal?

Here is the link for the results summary, which you get by clicking the big button at the top of the ECQ site entry page: http://virtualtallyroom.ecq.qld.gov.au/elections/state/state2009/results/summary.html Fortunately, you do not need a special download to view this page.

In a table headed 'Total Formal First Preference Vote by Party' is contained the information that 2,660,940 electors were enrolled at the close of rolls for these elections, and that 1,868,510 votes (including 40,675 informal) had been counted, representing 70.22% of total enrollments. This percentage is annotated with the stylized letters 'TP', explained as "indicates votes counted percentage". This cannot be right.

A simple arithmetical check reveals that the 1,868,510 votes counted represents exactly 70.22% of TOTAL ENROLLMENTS. It does not indicate the percentage counted of total votes claimed at these elections, and consequently cannot be used to derive true voter turnout. Total votes CLAIMED is known as of acquittal in all polling places on election night.

Why is this important information withheld from publication?

Lawrence Springborg didn't bring home the bacon because he didn't have the X-factor. Another thing conspiring against the LNP was the fact that Joh Bjelke Petersen had 18 or so rambling years as Premier that history will some day spend on the other side of the political fence. The Beattie/Bligh/?? administrations could be it.

What the Qld LNP needs to get back in the race is a serious and purposeful leader (a la former Victorian Premier Jeff Kennett) who, even if you don't like his politics or personal style, you can respect for his focussed/coherent strategy aimed at busting through blockages and fixing real-world economic problems. He'd need to have talents that the ALP doesn't have and use, and would be ready to take over when the State was on the verge of economic failure.

So, maybe next time round. Although the legacy of Joh might put pay to that.

Chorus of ALP pollies: "Don't you worry about that."

I simply love the condescending types, who wont debate but love to put people down. The world is full of mockers and scoffers, but the reality is over forty percent are unhappy with Anna Bligh, and she is El Presidento of a baanana republic in the great tradition of central America.

When Goss in 1991 exceeded his authority and pulled his State out of the Commonwealth on the supposed authority of the Australia Act 1986, Paul Keating was going to pull him back into line after the 1996 election. Unfortunately a dishonest Liberal Government was elected and it suited them to continue to have a collection of independent Baltic States ruled by the Labor Party. They simply loved the way that Labor States had to beg for money.

Goss pulled Queensland out of Australia by pretending he could abolish the Supreme Court in Queensland as an Australian court by making its rulings bind the Queen in right of the Commonwealth. Likewise he as a lawyer thought the Parliament of Queensland can overrule the Constitution of Australia and that all the civil rights we get from the Constitution can be swept away by simple State legislation.

In September 1996, the High Court ruled that such State Acts were illegal. They locked Einfeld up in New South Wales this week for lying. He should be the first of a veritable parade of Judges and Magistrates throughout Australia who lie every day they sit on a bench and deny the Australian Constitution.

Instead of mocking those who would try to educate them, the people who refuse to face the reality that we do have a Constitution, it does have its roots in the Holy Bible, and it does guarantee the separation of Church and State should take a leaf out of Paul Keating’s book.

He passed the National Competition Policy Act 1995, as a Royal Command to all Australians to start shaping up or ship out. It should have rolled back the banana republics, and given back the courts of Australia to its people. Instead lawyer types allowed the States to run riot
