Trump has chosen the path of disastrous authoritarianism. What would it take to stop him from destroying our democracy and replacing it with a dictatorship?

Trumps not the problem, merely a symptom.
Your democracy was already rotten and hollowed out long before Trump came on the scene.

I must agree with Armchair Critic on this instance: democracy, whether in the USA or elsewhere, has always been only a slogan, not a reality.
