RIP two-state solution – Israel’s Knesset buries it while reviving a Jordanian alternative.

All the fools wanting to ‘recognise’ a Palestinian state are using the same word: ‘momentum’. Flock of virtue-signalling parrots.

In the UK, one of the biggest fools (after Albanese) has been told by lawyers that recognising a Palestinian state would be in breach of international law.

Under International Law, a state must have, a) a defined territory, b) have a permanent population, c) have a government, d) have the capacity to enter into relations with other states.

None of those requirements apply to Palestinian: no agreed borders, no permanent population - because they are all regarded as refugees; Hamas is officially a terrorist organisation.

Do those people who have fallen for the starvation in Gaza lie actually care about Gazans, or are they just using it to have another go at Israel?

The question has been asked: “When do people – especially world leaders – lose the moral right to condemn a crisis abroad while ignoring nearly identical or worse crises at home and around the world?”

About 750 million people are hungry all the time. Not all of them live in poor countries.

Where is the concern for them by big talkers and vote-seekers?

Oh. That's right. Israel is not involved.

Starvation in Sudan is real, not a put up job.

The selective outrage of antisemites and anti-Israel mobs is sickening, and pure politics.

Dear Ttbn,

I enjoyed your last comment. A great contribution!

However, would you not agree that, for their own good even, higher moral standards should be expected from people who claim to be "the chosen people" and aspire to become "a light unto the nations"?
