A high degree of indifference toward the local people of Gaza.
Israel has no policy of exterminating them,
it just does not step too much out of its way in order to save their lives while pursuing Hamas.
You may not like Israel's behaviour, and I also believe that it could be improved so that Gazan civilians are somewhat better protected, but that does not amount to genocide.

Any conflict involving warfare is Genocide ! Being first the aggressor then becoming the victim when the tables turn does not excuse anything from the original actions !

Genocide is a specific and well-defined crime that requires intention.

Had Netanyahu wanted to genocide the people of Gaza, then there would have been no soul left there by the 8th of October 2023, but he doesn't - he only wants a prolonged war to last forever so he can remain on his PM seat and out of jail.

I wish Netanyahu is convicted and jailed for genocide, but his only genocide is against the Israeli people: under him, Israel will not exist much longer.
