The only reason for that blockade was to prevent armaments from reaching Hamas.
No Hamas - no blockade.

And if the British and the French are willing to do this dirty work for Israel, then Israel will immediately and joyfully withdraw and turn all its guns to the air to salute them!

As I just noted on another thread, at least 30% of Israelis (plus some of the 14% that have no opinion) will consider what the author offered to be the very best option.

They won't need lots of guns, only lots of musical instruments for military brass bands to march across Gaza...

Why are people still talking about a two state solution ?
It has been made quite clear that land once held by moslims remains
moslem land forever.
They cannot defy the Koran and accept a two state solution.
That is why the slogan "From the River to the Sea" is used as it
encompasses all the land.
The only acceptable solution to Islam is for ALL Jews to be removed
or killed. They have said it often enough.
When will people take them at their word ?
A solution involving Britain & France is stupid and I am sure neither
of them would accept it.
Perhaps if Israel does clear out all known Hamas, they could then
hand it over to the OIS, the Organisation of Islamic states and let
them secure Gaza and finance it all from their oil revenues.
I think they would have trouble with Iran, but Israel could make it
clear that if they rearm Garza they would have to deal with Israel.
Iran is determined to become the Number One Islamic country and turf
Saudi Arabia out of that spot.
That is what all this has been about all the time.

They cannot for doctrinal reasons accept a two state regime.
It can be dressed up various ways as a temporary arrangement but as
the Koran says it is permissible to make arrangements with Infidels
if you have decided that you will betray the agreement as soon as possible.

Also remember that it is only one small step from Kill the Jews
to Kill the Infidels.

Here is a plan for the way forward in Gaza:

1. Ban Islam:

Demolish Mosques along with public displays of Islam.

2. Force implementation of Secularism.

The new Secularism will be prescriptive in schools public and private, and will prohibit education in theological precepts and concepts.
All religious observances will be outlawed, and the majesty of a Secular society based upon equal rights where morality will be replaced with secular ethics equivalent to those imposed on Western Society generally, and shall include special privileges for homosexuals and gender dysphoric.
There shall be a superimposition of the rainbow flag, and the indigenous flag overlaying the current Palestinian flag raised simultaneously on all Palestinian Government buildings.

A special day will be set aside to accomodate a Gay and Lesbian parade through all main streets of Gaza, which shall be sponsored by the raising of a special tax on all wages to assist in the global challenge of AIDS research.
Gay marriage will be a reason for spontaneous rejoicing by order!

3.All Gazans shall be banned from the duplicitous Islamic practice of “taqiyya“, and those identified as guilty shall be confined to the underground labyrinth of dungeons, there to rot in darkness forever, as was the punishment inflicted by the favoured Hamas Government of Palestine, on 240 captured Jews from the Oct 7th massacre.

Hamas does not kill only infidels, they also kill observant Muslims.

The Koran can be read in many different ways, depending on what the reader already believes and wants to continue believing in.
