The Refugee Convention is not fit for the 21st., and has not so since people displaced but by WW11 were settled; most of them have been dead for years.

It seems that our border protection is starting to collapse again, just like it always does under an ALP government. What prevents them flying all the way on said visa, then seeking asylum?
