Study removed by Lancet in 24 hours. A great condemnation of academic publishing.

What do they get out of that control that is positive?

I think everyone will suffer, many are already due to food being unaffordable or unavailable. Ocean essential protein food supply is presently not sustainable.

Disease thrives with malnutrition, already in numerous countries, including where a virus can more easily mutate.

Disease spreads, including into the homes of bigwigs

This article implies Covid conspiracy without evidence or based on an article that did not appear in a journal?

'Within 24 hours, the study was removed with a message stating "This preprint has been removed by Preprints with the Lancet because the study's conclusions are not supported by the study methodology."

This is very strange as the peer review process itself, is the method usually utilized to determine issues, as the Lancet's statement announced.'

More about confusing OLO readers than explaining the science, process and issues?

Been a long time since I’ve posted here, but this article is so preposterous I can’t resist. Roger Hodkinson, William Makis and Peter A McCullough have claimed everything from “Covid-19 is a hoax”, to spruiking Ivermectin and Hydroxychloraquine. They now trade as the Wellness Company (Hodkinson is Chief Pathologist) that sells supplements said to protect patients from "toxic spike proteins”. So they have a vested interest in disparaging Covid vaccines. They put a bodgy paper on a preprint server, which was promptly booted due to obvious flaws in its methodology. Then they can scream CENSORSHIP!! while promoting their quack cures. But feel free to order your Nattokinase from the Wellness Company.

Haven’t heard of Nattokinase? Don’t worry, you will.

Dr McCullough is now spouting about autism. I have no doubt he will come up with a “miracle cure” shortly.

Get your Nattokinase here, only $65.99: https://www.twc.health/products/long-haul-formula

<< This article implies Covid conspiracy without evidence or based on an article that did not appear in a journal? >>

Murray Hunter's article did not mention or imply 'conspiracy' in any way. It was purely informing readers that a Lancet review of Covid-related autopsy findings had been taken down within 24 hours and before it could be subjected to the usual peer review process. Introducing the word 'conspiracy', when there was absolutely no reason to do so, is simply a lazy ploy on your part to try and discredit a view with which you disagree.

What an arrogant and patronizing comment! No, we are not confused. We are interested in finding the truth behind 'the science, process and issues'. All views should be allowed to be subjected to rigorous scrutiny. Big Pharma and conventional medicine gurus are not the sole purveyors of truth ... far from it. Many professionals in various medical/scientific fields are studying the evidence and raising questions about the efficacy and longterm safety of mRNA COVID vaccines. And they should be perfectly entitled to do so. We can either shut them down, like you and others are attempting to do. Or we can allow their views to be heard and fairly tested in the public arena as they should be. If the views are as wacky and non-credible as you say they, with the light of day, that will soon become obvious. What are you so afraid of?
