I am disappointed to see you disturbing the patient again, he needs rest and quiet and your remarks make him agitated. You should not call a sick person by names - it is his illness which speaks and so long as you reply, our patient will not be cured and will keep haunting us next week and the one after too.

If you like to discuss Israel's "backyard" politics and occupation then let's do so elsewhere, not by the patient's bed.
