I saw a release from Ukrainian minister a few days ago, saying they deliberately don't update the info strait away.
(Obviously they need to find some way to distract and spin the situation, or draw your attention elsewhere.)

There's a few thing to note.
Firstly, you'll see the shopping mall in the lower part of the map.
You'll also see a industrial area to the middle and upper part of the map.- i.e. behind the shopping mall.
1/ take note of the amount of cars usually in the car park from this image.

- You'll see the missile looks like it came from the direction of Belarus, but Russian bombers are stationed there.

2/ Notice the lack of cars in the car lot, indicating there wasn't many people there.
It may not have even been in use as a mall, it may have been used to store weapons from the large industrial area behind the mall.
3/ Notice the huge amount of flames, indicating that something incendiary was located within the mall.
