High Court puts muzzle on Facebook trolls : Comments

There's a need to continue the overhaul of Australia's defamation laws after a High Court ruling found that Australians with Facebook or other social media pages could be held legally liable for defamatory comments posted on their sites.

The elite pander to themselves…more evidence!

Three cheers ( they cry); for the corporate republic Australia is, and the extra layer of obfuscation this little gem will provide towards the perpetuity of hidden crimes of politicians.

Will that mean we can no longer call our Gladys, the land developers mole from Macquarie street: or give her side kick criminal, Barilaro, more hiding places from the friendlyjordies Media attacks of brutal honesty?

Just so long as this only stops the people Nicole is against as she listed them. It would be a shame if people with an aversion to the current Covid treatment should sue a CMO for what they do. Perhaps Nicole can also advise us on the defense of "Truth"?

Was that all in the High Court's findings. Gee no more of you calling me a "concrete jungle bunny" or that other GRUB who called me a pedophile without penalty.
