How the football codes in liberal democracies confronted racism : Comments

By Chris Lewis, published 10/9/2021

Nowhere is the racism in sport issue better understood than in the US given that the African American population has been around 10-12 per cent since 1890.

Hasbeen. I'm not sure that we can equate skin colour with crime. But perhaps socioeconomic status, particularly around petty theft and home invasion etc. Whereas, white-collar crime which rips billions out of mugsville, Is mostly a white phenomenon? As are the Mr bigs of crime/ organised crime.

Some of who steal or rip off more of our hard-earned on their lonesome than all combined black crime?

I wonder what some of us would resort to, if we had to live on the incomes of the downtrodden and exploited black socioeconomic demographic?

We are all products of our early environment! And how many get to choose that? Or get much in the way of choice, that which follows or what we might have to resort to, just to survive?

I mean, those that perform the most menial work would actually starve if they had to live on just their wages! And not the tips of the more enlightened and generous customer base!

We get free schools and health care! Is such enlightened treatment available in the black ghettos of America? Or does a wilfully blind America, just like Hasbeen, excel at victim-blaming?

Lego. If a man put a loaded gun to his head and pulls the trigger? He'd likely be dead? Do you agree? And given you agree? Does it follow that I must be wrong?

Your ability to rationalise is nothing short of amazing and reminds me of Paddy who had just had the mother and father of a domestic stoush with his Missus.

To the point where he threatened them both with murder-suicide. And as he put the loaded weapon to his head, chastised his wife with, don't laugh you deleted expletive matriarchal fornicator, you're next!

Chris Lewis.

I’m not about to reciprocate your online abuse, and lower myself to your level.
Your off your head mate.
You give the game away with pages of propositions aimed at black dominance.

And this little gem tells me you’ve transitioned from neurosis to psychosis:
Viz:

*… the long-awaited federal Online Safety Act is intended to expand the powers of the eSafety Office to gather information, penalise anonymous accounts and create a process to remove toxic cyber abuse "when online platforms fail to do so"...*

So the censorship that Amazon and all the like minded sicko multinationals blatantly imposes on us underlings of the globe, is not enough for you is it Chris!

You wish to hunt down the opposing voice to your fantasies with their help.
Have you asked yourself the question, who polices the police in this instance of online policing?

Your off your head mate.
Obviously you grew up a long distance away from mission town, whereas I didn’t!

Diver Dan,

I will respond to your point, which you probably should have made the first time.

it is unfortunate that racism through name-calling persists.

But given that name-calling is offensive to black people, and the societies themselves to do not support the right of people to abuse people over race, then it is largely acceptable that governments do rein in such abuse where possible.

Do I see such measures as part of a Police State? No.

Racism is a tricky issue. Do we do nothing? I don't think so.

Your position on racism is infuriating.

I don’t know what world you live in, but it’s a totally different planet to mine.

I’ve spent a lifetime with and around blacks. I’ve never met one that can’t fend very successfully for themselves. Your a sucker for their cause.

What is infuriating is the immaturity of your position.

On this subject you exhibit a Jesus complex. You can’t save blacks Chris, simply because they don’t need saving.

Best of luck with your frenzied delusions Chris.

Obviously and yet again, you refuse to see the error of your ways.

We now live in a world of frenzy, which not only but also swallows the sanity of reason from all it seems to touch. Climate change, equality, COVID, real estate bubbles, racism, eating has added itself to the same frenzied calamity, and pops out as obesity epidemics, drug addictions.

The world is a lost cause Chris, and so is your thinking, which looks for a white racist under every front door mat, in every sporting event, on every train journey, on every ABC show; and maybe in every public toilet where the beautiful homosexual flower people meet for breakfast.

Before you further the cause of cultural destruction in your mad quest of sinking the white race in the stinking mire of lies, stop and think!
