Dear Chris. You want to fight against racism? Okay, forget stupid football, here is one for you.

a bloke named Peter Read invented a story which defamed the entire white Australian race. He claimed without any valid evidence, that successive State and fedaral governments had for decades "stolen" 100,000 aboriginal children from their parents as a means of "breeding out the black", and therefore committing "genocide" (as newly defined by the UN).

This was a complete lie evidenced by the High Court of Australia's rejection of the entire allegation, as well as the total failure of the only "stolen generations" compensation court case (Gunnar and Cubillo vs. Fedearal Government}.

However, the Left agrees with Goebells famous truism that "the bigger the lie, the more people will belive it", and they have pushed this racist lie, even to children in our schools.

As a white Australian I am poiting out to you that the wjhite Australian race has been unjstly vilified. Many schools even required their students to abase themselves and cleanse their shame at being white by signing a so called "sorry book."

This quite clearly is illegal under 18C, the white Australian race has been "insulted, humiliated, offended and intimidated."

So go for it, Chris. defend your own people. Unless you are a loony lefty who only sees the most inconsequential examples of racism when directed at minorities, but who ignores the elephant in the room which is the ongoing, blatant and unrelenting racism directed at white people?

It is hard to write about racism.

Here my motivation was to show that liberal democracies are indeed fair societies, that most are not racist, and that attitudes have vastly improved over time, albeit here my focus is on sport (football codes).

My experiences showed me that many who claim to have experienced racism are in fact the racists.
Those accused to be racist are simply losing patience with the racists & return a racist argument.

Taking a knee, seems to always get a negative reaction from some of the onlookers. This is where we need t to become far more proactive and ensure that that group are quickly identified and ejected!

Racists are not born as racists, but learn their C.R.A.P. at home or from a peer group.

And it's those we need to show zero tolerance as the only way to eliminate, as much as we can, racism.

We need to judge others by the content of their character, not their skin tone.

Most ex-military like myself will tell you that the military is, by and large, colour blind! Indeed my best cobber and trusted mate had dark brown skin And had my back come what may! And was promoted in the ranks with unusual speed given his special skills and competence. On the other hand, the most racist soldier I ever encountered was another member of the same dark-skinned race, who could and would, misread any comment and extract some racist comment that simply wasn't there or intended!

And the latter was a racist who hated the white race with an unjustified passion.

Yes, the clash of cultures saw some atrocities against those who were different! As new settlers were shipped in, some as transportees who had no choice but to accept the relocation and make the best of it as they could!

Here is where I find myself in agreement with LEGO and perceive a level of anti-white racism directed at the white race, just for being white! Albeit, mostly by fair-skinned activists trying it on in the hope that we can guilt trip and pour billions into mostly undeserving pockets?

If reconciliation and recognisance are to get a chance? Then it's the latter and their mostly spurious arguments that need to also go. And be given far less time on the airwaves!

Moreover, automatic bail for repeat young offenders needs to be replaced by juvenile detention in outdoor boot camps and adult prison/rite of passage, replaced by permanent exile!

Don't care if that is not culturally (control freak) correct, just as long as it works!

Hasbeen. I'm not sure that we can equate skin colour with crime. But perhaps socioeconomic status, particularly around petty theft and home invasion etc. Whereas, white-collar crime which rips billions out of mugsville, Is mostly a white phenomenon? As are the Mr bigs of crime/ organised crime.

Some of who steal or rip off more of our hard-earned on their lonesome than all combined black crime?

I wonder what some of us would resort to, if we had to live on the incomes of the downtrodden and exploited black socioeconomic demographic?

We are all products of our early environment! And how many get to choose that? Or get much in the way of choice, that which follows or what we might have to resort to, just to survive?

I mean, those that perform the most menial work would actually starve if they had to live on just their wages! And not the tips of the more enlightened and generous customer base!

We get free schools and health care! Is such enlightened treatment available in the black ghettos of America? Or does a wilfully blind America, just like Hasbeen, excel at victim-blaming?

it is unfortunate that racism through name-calling persists.

But given that name-calling is offensive to black people, and the societies themselves to do not support the right of people to abuse people over race, then it is largely acceptable that governments do rein in such abuse where possible.

Do I see such measures as part of a Police State? No.

Racism is a tricky issue. Do we do nothing? I don't think so.

Your premise with Hasbeen is that the reason for the very high rates of black African crime is because of a lack of social benefits in the USA. And that white collar crime is ignored because it is perpetrated by whites.

Not so, grasshopper. One report on US crime rates I read (which I admittedly can not confirm with a link) reported that the rate of black African "white collar crime" in the USA was higher than for whites.

Your second premise could do with some work. If all you need to do to prevent crime was to have a good social security system, then western societies should be almost crime free. As a matter of fact, when social security programs were first touted and detractors pointed to the expense, the proponents claimed that social security programs would eliminate crime. Instead, all it does is subsidize criminals. There are numerous examples of serious criminals who never stop committing crime's, who are on the dole and reside in public housing.

Next, the UK has some of the most generous social security programs in the world, which is why so many black and brown people illegally cross the channel to get to the UK. But in Britain (surprise, surprise) it is the black African "Yardie" gangs who are running around stabbing people, and so it is hardly surprising that black Africans are very disproportionately represented in serious criminal behavior in the UK.

Now I will toss some real logic at you and se if you can figure out which one is right. Thee are two racist explanations to explain black dysfunction in western societies. The first racist argument is "white privilege." This presupposes that somehow, white society is keeping black people down.

The second racist argument is, that black African people on average have a much lower IQ level that whites or Asians, and that they have a much higher genetic predisposition to violent behavior than other races.

Lock yourself in your dark closet, collate all data, and try and figure out which racist argument is the more likely.

If 69% of NFL players are black, isnt that racism? Shouldn't the US government immediately use affirmative action and positive discrimination to ensure that proportions of white and black NRL players reflect the population proportions? Perhaps you would approve of a quotas for white and black players?

Or perhaps you could grow a brain and figure out that black Africans excel at any sport involving running because of their genetic makeup. So that is why they are over represented as players. And coaches need more brains so they are over represented as coaches.

It might be racist to bring the best African athletes to western countries denying the African countries their resources.
