Perhaps Boris never had a brain to lose. It seems clear that he was never a Conservative; but that doesn't make him any different from all of the centre-right leaders since Margaret Thatcher, the last true Conservative globally, along with Ronald Reagan.

Cummings, however, if we are to believe Suter, is an unpleasant character who made an arse of himself, and deserves what he got.

Boris made one good choice, Brexit, but appears to not have any more good choices in him.

Perhaps his dithering on most things since & total stupidity on transport & electricity policy is a symptom of having a greenie girl friend. It is often claimed that the wrong woman can make a fool of most men.
