The war in Yemen is a crime against humanity and Islam : Comments

By Alon Ben-Meir, published 22/4/2020

Ironically, whereas Saudi Arabia has many reasons to end the war Islam's forbidding of the killing of innocent people was never considered a reason to halt the fighting.

"the core of which is humanity, compassion, and caring, and uphold the moral values which are the fundamental tenets of Islam".

Islam, humanity, compassion and caring, moral values, all in the one sentence. Come off it, mate.

There are two sides in every war! And two conflicting narratives!

And behind the scenes operators with their often evil agendas who clearly don't give a fig for human rights or Islam?

The latter, behind the scenes, operators can never ever be defended on any grounds whatsoever!

Take care and stay safe.

Yes, there are two sides to that war, Sunni & Shia.
They are not contravening the Koran as each considers the other to be
Kufars.

The virus is not really a consideration because the Immans have been
telling them that because they are moslems Allah has protected them.
They are just using it as an excuse to save face in giving up the fighting.

No, Bazz, this is not just a sectarian war. Though sectarianism drove external support, it was not the reason for the war, nor even what determined which side the people on the ground supported.

Yes Aiden, you are right, but they did side with Iran and the Saudis
would consider them as defaulting Moslems.
Still it is keeping them busy and preoccupied.

Wars are won by neglecting human rights.

No rocket science here.
