Calm down: I do not drink alcohol, never, but this time I got vodka as sanitiser because it is impossible to get the real thing - I spray it lavishly on surfaces such as door-knobs, the money that I pay and the change I receive, the ATM, toilet seats and on my hands, before and after touching things outside.

I think this is a more plausible explanation for the increase in sales!

wow... and you say stay calm..... Don't drink vodka.. but that's $30-50say stay calm....per 700ml....That's worse than our much loved (NOT!) gouging post office manager mongrel wgo has been given his second warning by police for selling sanitiser at $50 per litre bottle.

Hate vodka, got wildly drunk at work Xmas party at age 16... never touched it again, ...gin and tonic better... shame the hoarders have now put tonic water on hit list.. Tip I use good malt whiskey, but apply as God intended, in my mouth!! Try that. Vodka as sanitizer… this truly has become A ' MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD WORLD!' ( Spencer Tracy movie, 1969).
