While Boris Johnson is talking about turning the BBC into a subscription only network, thus relieving British taxpayers of paying for something they don't want, our Prime Minister and all those before him, have not had the courage to defund the ABC, which is extreme Left where the BBC is leftish.

I find it amazing - stupid- that non-Green Labor (I cannot call them Conservatives) politicians ever appear on the ABC. They will never get a fair go. People who turn up knowing that ABC activists are only interested in trying to humiliate them are definitely not the sort of people with the mettle do anything to pull the ABC into line. Tony Abbott promised to do something, but he chickened out after the election - as he did with Sec. 18c and a few other things.
