Dumping on South Australia's First Nations : Comments

By Jim Green and Michele Madigan, published 14/2/2020

Shamefully, the federal government has decided to move ahead despite the unanimous opposition of the Barngarla Traditional Owners, native title holders over the area.

Currently, the entire world is desperately short of the final reprocessed product that is the space batteries material!

{ And I forgot to put my comments on recycled metal in these]

And then you would have understood I was not suggesting recycled steel and aluminium were not being proposed as long life space batteries just the final energy depleted material from waste burning MSR.

Geen greenie Green seems to not want carbon-free dispatchable power and in that anti-nuclear stance absolutely serves the interest of the current coal industry and coal-fired power generation?

How dumb would that be?

Thre are only economic upsides for the economy and the environment writ large in my suggestions!

I also agree with Alan's proposition.
What I vehemently reject and disagree with is the notion that one particular group of people "own or owned" Australia, is abhorrent and disingenuous and extremely inflammatory and divisive.
The group in question have admitted, and are on record, and history has told us that they did/do not own anything.
They never did, they were nomadic, they were seen to be surprised when the poms landed and traded some trinkets and items for the "purchase' of this country, only as a gesture.
WE have OWNED this country from the day the original poms took it in the name of Queen Victoria, and that is the truth, so any shmuck trying to tell me that the blacks own anything but their loin cloth and spears is a blatant liar and moron who for some reason has decided to reject the truth about who actually owns this country, and I'll give you a hint; it's NOT THE BLACKS!
I don't question WHY some bastards sold us out, because I know, they got sh!t loads of money (millions) and to hell with the rest of us and the truth.
Anyway the soft cocks and the neuters out there have brought Australia down to it's knees and are still actively engaged in doing more damage thanks to scum bags like politicians.
I will rest happily in the knowledge that what I say is true and will have to settle for the hope that one day like minded people will form some kind of a group and begin to re-align history back to it's truthful and proper direction.

Can't help you with your phishing Galen! Suggest you try all the Alan Gouldings and settle for the one sharing the posted videos. Others don't seem to have your particular obsession/need to know!

Atrave. While one can agree with some of your commentary, your anti-black rhetoric assists nobody nor any logical outcome!

And made redundant by the native title act which is now fact of life and gives some first Australians, power to prevent projects. In which case they should no longer receive any financial assistance as government benefits or pensions. Ditto the rent-a-crowd trying to be the tail that wags the dog and or, covertly assist the multimillion-dollar coal industry.

An industry going bankrupt in the US because their NG is cheaper than coal. and as it should be when energy industries are allowed to compete for market share without price gouging or sector prohibitions on the alleged, free market! And indigenous energy products reserved for the domestic market by economic sanity!

Does anyone understand why spent rods are first suspended in water for some months before they are placed in storage?

Well, it's because they are oo hot, radioactively speaking and water stops gamma radiation in its tracks and why any reactor I proposed would have an all incompassing water jacket to shield the operators and the populace. Enjoy the videos

The Australian fear of anything nuclear is really pathetic : no nuclear power, no nuclear waste facility, no nuclear submarines. Like coal, we have plenty of uranium. It is OK to export coal and uranium, but we must not use it ourselves - dear me no!

Now, people who know what they are talking about are saying that the idiotic French submarine deal should be scrapped. It's a total cock up, like buying a fleet of Tesla cars for the government fleet and replacing the electric motor with a diesel one. And, it now seems that very little work will be done on craft in Australia after all.

Mad Max Green says that he is embarrassed to be Australian because people don't accept his theories and girly-boy fears ('General Discussion, Friday 14th. February). He is embarrassing himself, as are our politicians, who won't make use of the cleanest power source available; a plentiful source, and the only source, that will get Australia back on track economically and militarily in the face of the Chinese Communist Party menace.
