Your summations of the shortcomings of Mueller and Horowitz were very accurate.

However you did miss one important point with Inspector General, Horowitz. It was claimed he said there was no bias, particularly by Comey (Liar: Numero Uno.)

Horowitz later clarified that claim when he said he found no documentary evidence of bias, which in my opinion would be nigh on impossible to obtain, and that when he questioned FBI operatives about bias, ALL denied any bias. Well they would say that wouldn't they.
Horowitz was not looking at criminality and had no power to lay charges.

The other DOJ investigation, by Barr and Durham, is the much wider official DOJ investigation of the origins of the Russian 'interference' and is a criminal investigation. Charges can and are likely to be laid after its completion. I expect that to be presented much closer to the next Congressional and Presidential elections.

It will expose an horrendous conspiracy.

The result will be mass sackings and arrests.

It serves, them right.
