By Binoy Kampmark, published 21/5/2019Throughout the Howard years, federal Labor found itself constantly incapable of recovering the 'aspirational' blue collar voters who had found comfort in the arms of the conservative Coalition government.

I voted for Katter too. He's a ratbag, but his heart is in the right place. Voted for Anning too, if the ABC attack someone, they must be OK.
I don't like stupid pie in the sky rubbish. It simply wastes money needed for real stuff. Hell, have you noticed, even California has had enough sense to cancel their fool fast rail project. Why on earth would you want a taxpayer funded, huge loss making transport system, when airlines can do the job profitably.
You are dead right I am not stupid enough to believe the global warming scam. I actually spent 3 months getting my math back up to when I finished Uni, so I could actually follow the formula, & understand the arguments.
There is no way any amount of CO2 can add more than 0.6C to the planets temperature. There are some pretty good arguments that suggest CO2 is actually a cooling agent. They seem to work when you follow the math, but they depend on assumptions almost as shaky as the assumptions that global warming depends on.
With out their tipping points, not mentioned for some time, as the assumptions there are about as shaky as windmills, the global warmers can't get enough warming to make you need a big hat.
Time to stop chasing the latest trendy day dream, & join the real world little man.
