An open letter to Ismail Haniyeh and Yahya Sinwar : Comments

By Alon Ben-Meir, published 11/6/2018

All this bloody mayhem could have been avoided had you concluded long ago that the solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict rests on ending all violence and no longer perpetuating demands such as the right of return.

mox... You are making yourself look stupid.

If you want to post about you stupid Khazaria theory, I strongly recommend you read about the fact that the theory has long been disproved. So you clearly have egg on your face.
This is probably the easiest for you to comprehend

Clearly you also have no idea what Apartheid is, because if you did you wouldn't equate it to Israel.

In Israel people of all colours and races are equal. They enjoy positions in every trade and profession from Doctors, lawyers, teachers to cleaners and street cleaners.

I don't have the time to waste commenting on your vile antisemitic and most untrue comments. You should be ashamed of yourself.

The first article by Alon Ben-Meir without the hand-wringing guilt.

I agree entirely with:

"You criminally mismanage your financial resources. Instead of building clinics, schools, industrial parks, infrastructure, and housing which are all desperately needed, you squandered over a hundred million dollars to build tunnels, buy and manufacture weapons, and train militias. Tell me, what end would this satisfy other than your hollow pride?

Yes, you can fire hundreds of rockets at Israel, and kidnap or kill a handful of Israelis. But you are not now and will never be able to win any military confrontation with Israel-only suffer terrible human and material losses, which you know well from past encounters with Israeli forces.

You cannot demand the lifting of the blockade and in the same breath call for Israel's destruction. You cannot resort to the use of force and buy weapons, and expect Israel to ease access to and from Gaza.

You cannot inflame the public by spreading poisonous propaganda only to nurture hate toward Israel, and expect the Israelis to believe that you will ever be willing to coexist with them peacefully.

You cannot spend millions of dollars on military preparation while denying your own people basic necessities-food, drinking water, and healthcare-and blame it on the blockade."

Hamas sends bombers to Israel, and Israel puts in high-security screening,
Hamas fires thousands of rockets, and Israel builds the iron dome which stops them.
Hamas builds tunnels to send in killers of children, and Israel builds the technology to find and destroy them.
Hamas is left with killing its youth on the fences and sending fire kites.

Check mate.

Until the Palestinians accept the fact that they have been conquered by the ubermench as the aborigines of Australia and the Americas were and accept their fate to be dispossessed or serve their masters loyally they will continue suffer the fate of all dissident untermench.

Dear SF,

You wrote;

“First of all let me get this into your head. Israel withdrew unilaterally from Gaza in 2005.”

Agreed. That was because their were copping a hammering from the Gazan resistance.

You wrote;

“Area C, under full Israeli control. This is where the Israeli communities have been built, all very legally.”

Rubbish. From Wikipedia;

“The international community considers the settlements in occupied territory to be illegal, and the United Nations has repeatedly upheld the view that Israel's construction of settlements constitutes a violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention.”

Deary, deary me SteeleRedux,

Hamas were being troublesome, true, but the general consensus from people who remember, and who were very opposed to the disengagement, say it was the fact Sharon was under investigation for fraud. He used this move to get Israeli judiciary,, which is overwhelmingly left-wing, off his back.

By quoting from Wikipedia you lose any credibility you think you had. That’s the last place on earth to get an opinion.
Wikipedia is not a reliable source. Wikipedia can be edited by anyone at any time. This means that any information it contains at any particular time could be vandalism.

I have editing rights and can change anything, at any time when I think they are incorrect.

A few points for you to read and digest.

Israel actually has more rights to be in Judaea and Samaria (Which is the ancient biblical heart of Israel) than the Arabs. BTW if you don’t believe the Bible, whose writings have been archaeologically proved, then believe archaeology itself.

Continued.

I don’t have time to write everything, so do some research for yourself. There are a number of reasons why Israel has every right to the land

1. Article 80 of the UN charter laid down the Jewish legal right to settle anywhere in Judaea and Samaria, western Palestine, a 10,000 square mile area between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea, an entitlement unaltered in international law and valid to this day and it is enshrined and protected by international law.

2. Check out the Oslo Accords. Palestinian Authority was given some limited powers and responsibilities in the Areas A and B and a prospect of negotiations on a final settlement based on Security Council Resolutions 242 and 338.
This was supposed to happen within 5 years, As it now stands Abbas is in his 13th year of a 5 year presidency.

3. Then there is The Mandate for Palestine of 1922, passed unanimously by the League of Nations, and founded upon the San Remo Resolution of 1920, set as an article of international law the right of the Jewish people to dense settlement and establishment of a homeland in Palestine (which means, at a minimum, from the river to the sea, including Judaea and Samaria). This still stands.

4. Israel has every right to claim Judaea and Samaria because it was unclaimed land.

Basically in 1948, the Arabs refused it and Jordan took it by force, naming it the West Bank of Jordan.

The land legally belonged to no one, so when Israel claimed it in 1967, they were legally claiming unclaimed Mandate land.
