The rotten core that is at the heart of the banking industry is just the tip of the iceberg. The decay in honesty and integrity is evident throughout the entire business world.

In large commercial organisations gone bad? The rot invariably starts at the top? And more often than not by the corporate psychotics pretending to be competent executives/managers for whom, money influence and personal power trumps everything? Be it in our (foreign-owned banks, boardrooms or party rooms? Thus we see the inexplicable and the con artists furiously denying lack of personal integrity? Be he/her a financial planner, loan shark, bank executive or former minister of the crown? Look at the perpetrators and indeed the cronies/fellow travellers who've protected them for incomprehensible reasons, we can only theorise over? In any event, they all need to be gone and honesty and integrity returned to the pillars that support the economy! And has to include all those complicit in the white-anting of those pillars and emasculation of those regulators, whose teeth have been pulled by defunding or de-powering legislation or counterproductive privatization of the very pillars that support ours and indeed, every western style economy! And often for the very worst reasons? To serve inherently illogical ideological imperatives completely devoid of logic's rites? Alan B.

"So, who can we trust?"

Trust in God!

"We used to be able to look to churches, but their status is only marginally above Parliament, especially after the Child Abuse Royal Commission and the court appearances of a Cardinal, an Archbishop and many priests."

Well who said that churches represent God?

"Well, our only option is ourselves."

Which is essentially saying the same in a different way because You ARE God.

No, do not trust your human body and its instincts: those would lead you astray, rather find who you really are to discover that you are INCORRUPTIBLE.

The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?
The Lord taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.
It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man.
It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes.

[Psalm 118:6-9]
