I asked for evidence. You gave none. You asked for evidence, I (and others here) gave none. That's either because the evidence is not there or is too slippery to hold up to scrutiny. With dozens of intelligence 3-letter alphabet agencies operating within the US and its allied nations, funded with billions of US dollars to provide evidence of Russian skulduggery, over almost a year since these allegations were first made, nothing in the way of tangible evidence has been provided. All we ever get by way of 'evidence' is a plethora of anonymous insider alphabet sources that the mainstream media lumps under the umbrella of 'documents to hand' or 'exclusive to [media organisation X]' or an 'unnamed source', or a 'spokesperson who wishes to remain anonymous' or 'my sister's ex-brother-in-law's former girlfriend's nephew, who says ... Russia did it'. 100 years ago, we were told that the Kaiser was bayonetting babies. 400 years ago, we were told that the Irish were eating their own children. 50 years ago, were were told that communist North Vietnam attacked a US warship in the Gulf of Tonkin for no apparent reason. Less than 20 years ago, we were told that Iraqi soldiers were throwing babies out of incubators and leaving them to die on the floor. 15 years ago, we were told that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction that could create a mushroom cloud over New York within 45 minutes. All were proved false. But at the time, they provided the justification for war and thousands, indeed millions, of deaths. But this time it is different. This time it's the honest to God truth. It really is. So what if we create WWIII. The important thing is that - this time - those who tell us is so-is-so-is-so are really, truly, absolutely telling us the truth. Why concern yourself about the truth when a good lie will suffice.
A lie might have short legs but the damage it causes is phenomenal .....and who is brought to justice as a consequence....very few and only where there's money involved. Politicians responsible for wholesale slaughter of societies just walk away claiming it was the truth of the day....whatever that means...and the masses not wanting to accept they were duped... just look the other way. The measure of an indolent society Do we demand accountability?....do we demand consequences of action? .... do we demand justice? ....only when it suits us and even then within the social memory retention span....in short 24 hours, then it's yesterdays news Posted by ilmessaggio, Tuesday, 24 October 2017 10:21:46 AM

Alan B. "Or help their promulgation with the aid of counterfeit links constructed in downtown, St Petersburg?"
What conspiracy theory are you actually referring to Alan B, and I'll try to find the goods on it? Right now it's all 'narrative and conjecture' Counterfeit links? That's your beef? Really? Like the US stands for 'Democracy and Free Speech' - - But its angry that someone in Russia expressed their free speech... Seriously, come on... there just trying to sell you Hillary's whining narrative just like they tried to sell her and install her as dictator during the election campaign. Everyone without dimentia knows the media supported Hillary... Counterfeit Links = Buying into a crazy woman's rant - who can't accept or take responsibly for herself and who wants to blame losing the election on anyone and everyone but herself. "The ABC Australia interview with Clinton is an outstanding example of smear and censorship by omission. I would say it is a model"
"Following the ABC broadcast, Ferguson's executive producer, Sally Neighbour, re-tweeted the following: "Assange is Putin's bitch. We all know it!" The slander, since deleted, was even used as a link to the ABC interview captioned 'Assange is Putins (sic) [expletive]. We all know it!'" Political correctness, and the ABC has been to the forefront in promoting it. The political correctness is systemic and so deeply embedded that many people may not even be aware of it when they themselves self-censor. To top it off there are the direct, blatant attacks of free speech by regulation. It is as though the Sixties protests against censorship never happened.
