The Study omits to mention that 78% of Palestine had already become an independent Arab State in 1946 and been renamed the Hashemite Kingdom of Transjordan.

Pity you still continue to refuse to answer two simple questions. Why the problem in saying "Yes" or "No" to each question?

As to your comment on Article 7 of the 1964 PLO Charter:
(i) The number of Jews who would qualify as "Palestinians" was severely resticted to "Jews of Palestinian origin". Jews (and their descendants) who had come to Palestine to reconstitute the Jewish National Home as laid down by the Mandate for Palestine and the UN Charter were to be sent packing.

(ii) Non-Arab Christians would not qualify as "Palestinians" under any circumstances.

(ii) Article 7 - as racist as it was - did not appear in the 1968 revision of the PLO Charter - which was replaced by an even more racist provision - Article 6 - which stated:
"The Jews who had normally resided in Palestine until the beginning of the Zionist invasion will be considered Palestinians."
That would exclude all Jews born in Palestine or coming to Palestine after 1900. Wouldn't be too many of those around today if the PLO managed to wipe Israel off the face of the map.

Sure sounds like racist and apartheid behaviour to me.

Intrigued why you would also call Israel a "fascist democracy".

You don't really like the Jewish people do you? Perhaps you can answer "Yes" or "No" to this question when you answer these so far unanswered two questions:

Do you agree:

1. That the word "Palestinian" was not used in Resolution 181?

2. That 78% of the territory of the Mandate for Palestine became an independent Arab State in 1946?

Just answer yes or no D.S.

At the start of the Mandate, the Jewish population across the whole Mandate territory was less than 8%.

The TransJordan Memorandum having been endorsed by the League of Nations was a supplement attached to the Mandate for Palestine in September of 1922.

The memorandum included the statement -”His Majesty’s Government accept full responsibility as Mandatory for TransJordan”.

The Mandate for TransJordan and the Mandate for Palestine were administered separately. As early as 1923 Transjordan had begun the self-governing process.

After a thorough analysis of the Peel Commission recommendation by the Woodhead Commission in 1938, the British Government rejected the partition of the territory of Palestine.

The conclusion to this rejection was the 1939 White Paper, which enacted the British Government's recommendation to commence preparations for an independent Palestine.

At no time was the Jewish population ever close to a majority throughout the Mandate for Palestine.

"This country exists as the fulfillment of a promise made by God Himself. It would be ridiculous to ask it to account for its legitimacy." - Golda Meir

Meir mouthing off with all the religious zealotry of an Ayatollah or an ISIS imam. At least Mohammad was a real person as opposed to the mythical Moses.

Like Meir, all you have is words. You Zionists are so desperate to claim absolute heritage of this land over the Palestinians, you would have us believe your religious texts are historical texts too. You want us to believe that ancient mythology overrides the rights of inhabitants whose residency goes back generation after generation for hundreds of years. You want us to believe your prayers have more validity than hard physical evidence. Your assertion that a prayer is evidence of a 2000 year old Zionist movement is rendered pathetic by the hard evidence of Jewish demographics over the centuries and the well documented history of Theodor Herzl. Your babbling Zionist propaganda is such incomprehensible waffle that even you cannot tell us why the use of the word Palestinian and non-use of the word is Transjordan is deceitful.

From 1917 through to 1942 the Zionists deceitfully played word games with the meaning of a Jewish Homeland. In the earlier decades they continually downplayed its meaning as being that of a Jewish state. It was not until 1942 that they openly demanded a Jewish State. A demand that did not come from the Jewish Agency in Palestine. It came from the World Zionists in the USA. Even then despite the massive increase in the number of Jews in Palestine, they never had a majority. Deceit is in the DNA of Zionists, they have been deceiving Palestinians for over a hundred years.
