The first thing people want to know is where and why you disagree. How many times has Turnbull announced something only to get bulldozed dy the far right. No doubt that is a planned attack on Turnbull to make him look stupid.

They will never amount to anything while Abbott is on the back bench.

Neither. Senator in Exile - Culletons work is by far and away the most important of all.

The Australian Commonwealth Constitution is at deaths door. The entire infringement system has all but over turned the presumption of innocence and the right not to incriminate oneself. Invoking these rights is now seen as evidence of guilt.

Section 8 subsection 12 of the imperial acts Application Act which says that all fines and forfeitures before conviction are illegal and void (in both the Constitution and in the Bill of rights of 1668.

The infringement system has carried us to the point where accusation (speed camera photo) is proof of guilt.

Anyone who claims anything from the "Australian Government" is now in private law and in the main, outside of the constitution

No law passed by the "Australian Government" or the states since about 1975 is legal because none of them have been given royal assent by the Queen via the GG, as is required by the Australian Constitution.

I could go on but as important as the environment is, the Australian Common-wealth Constitution must come first.

Little wonder Doog, that you like Turnbull.

He is so dumb, he makes even you look almost smart.

Everard,

A feeble analysis like most of the others.

The Nationals are unlikely to leave the coalition, as it affords them real decision making power unlike the greens. The greens won't disappear as there will always be the sanctimonious 10%, just as there are vegans exist to loudly inform us of their virtuosity.

One nation is a revolt from the right wing, and if Pauline Hanson was not an idiot, could be polling in the mid teens with an astute leader like Marine le Pen.
