Oh yes, I've seen Sarah Palin.
She will doubtless feature large in Trump's administration. They're telling us now that evangelical Christians supported Trump. Try explaining that one. Posted by Waverley, Wednesday, 16 November 2016 12:14:02 PM

And dont forget Ann Coulter and Michelle Bachmann as examples of "real" women who (it seems) are very much admired by Steve Bannon who produced this chilling film about "real" men.

What's all this stuff about Steve Bannon?
Some of these people with Trump make Sarah Palin seem normal. It's all too much like the nasty characters who came into power in the thirties.......... Posted by Waverley, Wednesday, 16 November 2016 11:35:27 PM

These issues go way beyond gender. This is the long-term effect of globalisation. We despised lefties were excluded from the discourse in the 1980s and 1990s and our prophecies of massive social cost were ignored.
Then the lefties themselves decided to buy in to the whole globalisation charade, in return for a cynical nod to multiculturalism and identity politics. Now, the whole globalisation charade is crumbling. The stupid white men who brought it all about are now being replaced by stupid white men and women (yes, women, that's progress) who pretend outrage that 'people are hurting'. Watch this space. The people who voted for Trump - and who would have voted for Bernie Sanders, had the DNC not shafted him - are taking no prisoners. Posted by Killarney, Thursday, 17 November 2016 1:42:45 AM

Hard to steer a sensible line between hardline feminism and asserting the right of men to say their piece and live a decent self-respecting life, some would say.
Watching people interviewed on TV, watch the man stop and think and the woman jump in and say it all, and tell the guy what he thinks : ) PS People supporting women are feminists. What are people supporting men called? Posted by Waverley, Thursday, 17 November 2016 2:31:39 PM
