Iran, not ISIS, the real menace : Comments

By Alon Ben-Meir, published 7/4/2015

The EU and the US must insist that Iran, who has tremendous leverage on the Assad regime, modify its stance on Syria and play a constructive role to assist in bringing a political solution to end the tragic civil war.

Hi James

Yes the Israel propagandists - now Alon Ben-Meir in addition to the regular DS - aren't satisfied that the US is sure to be bombing the territory of Israel's neighbour - Syria - for years to come.

Ordering Australian jets to also bomb Syria may be Abbott's next (uniform chasing) foreign policy "initiative."

The problem goes way back before 1967. The very notion that any ethnic group, “Aryan”, Boer, Jewish, whatever, or any identity with any religious cult, is more “special” than the rest of humanity and has innate supremacy is behind increasing injustice until it leads to global catastrophe. Power to the elbows of the Iranians if they manage to create whatever technology it takes to protect their country from expansionist Zionist aggression. The Zionists are past masters at playing “Let’s you and him fight”[1] to rope in the real homelands, and the more headway made against European and American commitment to pull the Zionist chestnuts out of the fire the better.

[1] As described by Eric Berne in "Games People Play" - e.g. Let's America and Iran fight.

Aidan:

Iran's involvement in Bahrain is highly likely:

plantagenet:

Can you clarify your comment - what exactly does the satisfaction level of "Israel propagandists" have to do with Australia or the US bombing ISIS targets in Syria? Unless, of course, you support the right of ISIS to continue to pillage and kill as they wish?

Hey Plantagenet,

I wouldn't mind being one if he was willing to pay me, but since he isn't, I guess I'm not.

How much is Ayatollah paying you?

If I told ya, you'd be envious.

Cheers
