I must apologise for my dimwittedness
But every time I read your posts I am convinced of their mendacity. I try to understand them, I really do, but I can't make head or tail of them. All I can see is that you want Israel to be seen in a good light.

What about an apology for accusing me of "genocidal hatred" without a shred of evidence to back up your claim?

But as to Israel, I believe it applies and is well founded.

Israel is not perfect - but neither are a lot more countries around the world - yet no one seeks to consistently undermine and delegitimise their very existence.

Many like me will remain appalled by Isreal until it comes to some understanding with its neighbours. Isreal must not only defend itself against Muslim extremists it must equally fight the extremists in its own camp.

Your video link, for example, took me to a site obsessed with religious prophecy, end of days paranoia. This kind of thinking is deeply disturbing as it makes people ready to believe any crap. Politicians in both Isreal and Washington have evolved an entire foreign policy with the support of religious messianism to build up Islamic bogeyman and thereby achieve ends of sheer bloody mindedness in Afghanistan and Iraq.

These are sins of the gravest kind, which, if there be a just god, must condemn all those involved to eternal damnation
