Palestine: Rudd And Carr tightlipped on anti-Jewish policy : Comments

Australia - like all countries in the United Nations - pursue policies that affect the interests of countries beyond their own borders.
The Labor policy -supposedly as espoused by Carr - denies Jews the legal right to live in the West Bank.
When and if this in fact is Labor policy remains a mystery - as I explain in my article.
Rudd and the Labor Party are presently doing a delicate balancing act in refusing to confirm this is Labor party policy and The Prime Minister's personal opinion.
A one sentence press release could easily clear up the confusion.

Unlike Australia - the last sovereign occupier of the West Bank was Great Britain between 1920- 1948.
The West Bank has been no-man's land since then and sovereignty to it is disputed by both Jews and Arabs.
You repeat the claim of # one under god in proclaiming:
"I am sure that the Palestinians would not object to Jews wishing to live in the West Bank if they wished to live there as Palestinian citizens though. Particularly if it resulted in an end to the military occupation of their country "
I can only repeat what Mahmoud Abbas said on 30 July:
"In a final resolution, we would not see the presence of a single Israeli civilian or soldier on our lands,
When you make statements be prepared to back them up.
