David F,
Rosa Parks had been a Communist activist and provocateur since the 1930's, it's a fact, she was not just a "tired seamstress" and the situation didn't arise out of thin air, she was a Marxist Socialist making a political statement. Rosa Parks said in interviews that she had a problem with that particular driver and had decided to do something about him, she admitted that it was a tactical move and she was proud of it. That my friend is the way a provocateur works, she wanted to change the bus company policy so she engineered a crisis to get the ball rolling.

Given that both Vic Alhadff's article and his source material are wholly concerned with training people in Anti Racism your other statement is just silly. All Anti Racists agree and will readily acknowledge that the only way to become part of their world is to be "educated" and they constantly stress that people who are not Anti Racists are ignorant and need education. Since in this day and age most teachers are required to take a degree, that all teachers are required to be Anti Racists and since everybody know this to be true my statement is correct
Let me explain it simply,
An anti Racist is primarily an educator and the legitimacy of their teachings rely on their status as accredited persons.
The only way to become an accredited educator is to take a university course,or to have created a position for yourself by association with accredited person.
It follows that the only way to become and Anti Racist is to become an accredited educator or to work under the direction of an accredited person.

You may say that this is not the case but in the real world this is how anti Racism works.

Dear JOM,

Whether Rosa Parks was or was not a communist is not relevant. Citizens in a democratic country should have equal access to all public facilities. The US Supreme Court in 1952 declared that separate facilities in the case of schools based on race were inherently unequal.

Desegregation then was mandated for all public facilities.

The United States has gone a long way toward racial equality. It has been a hard struggle. The Civil War ended slavery. The Civil Rights movement ended legal segregation. Although racism still exists in the US the country now has a dark skinned president. When I was in the US army in WW2 the army was segregated into black and white units. It didn't seem right to me. We were fighting the Nazis, and we were racist ourselves. President Truman integrated the army. The struggle against racism is still going on. However, Many others and I hope for a day when there is no discrimination anywhere in the world on the basis of ethnicity, race or religion.

A thought provoking article that reminds us all that racism is still with us, and just how ugly racist people can be.

Anyone who denies we have obvious racism in our society can only be one of these racists themselves.

I am not sure though that we can condemn all bystanders that are witnesses to these racist acts for failing to speak up or act.
Many people are afraid of violent acts against themselves if they dare to speak against these disgusting racists.

Racism is a form of violence in itself, even if it is only verbal violence.

Dear runner,

Racism is simply wrong. It is not acceptable to hate white people, Americans or anybody else because of their race or nationality.

However, it is not surprising that those who have been subject to racism also may become racists. Some of those who abuse children were themselves abused as children.

Dear runner,

What made you think I believed in moral relativism?
