The bureaucracy has a habit of running mad.
A few years ago Centrlink had a complete mess of everything.
I detected that they had two copies of their main database on line
at the same time and they were different. It was pot luck which database you got access to.
They denied it fo course and it took an approach to my member and a
follow up call from someone in the organisation who explained they
were preparing new web pages and needed to test the new version.
God help us !
