New scam revealed this morning. MyGov users are getting phone calls telling them to pay their debts or risk jail.

Amid all this fun, Centrelink has announced changes to MyGov.

How well is that likely to turn out!

The answer to the lack of privacy is to have an instrument which promised to utterly strip privacy away by centralising everything?

Bird brained hardly covers it really.

An I.d. is not a threat to privacy ! Being forced to provide this I.d. is !
Online shopping only needs to know your address not when you were born etc.
Centrelink should have personal questions/answers instead of all other info on I.d. !
Same goes for outfits like Internet providers etc who can't offer security online.

How does an i.d. strip away privacy ? How'd you expect to get paid if you had no I.d.?
I suppose you're one of those who thinks no I.d. would reduce the crime rate ?
You might need to update your mentality asap !

Imagine the confusion & mayhem if there were no i.d. ?
Academia would cease to exist if suddenly Kellogg's Cornflakes cartons weren't identifiable & Unis had to ruffle through countless unidentified cartons in search for Degrees ?
Nah, we need I.d. alright !
