I have found the answer; It appears I assumed that
when I connected to OLO it logged me in by detecting my email address.
It did so for a long time, years I think, I just carried on, but
at some point either the olo did it or I did something and I was
deleted as a user.
In trying to set me up as a user again I found that my email address
was already registered.
I have asked Graham to remove my email address and two others I tried
to use as a get around unsucessfully.
I find the notifications to be very time saving, so I miss them.
