This is standard snowflake behaviour calling anyone that disagrees with you a racist when you are trying to push a racist system on everyone. Given that most bipartisan referendums fail, pissing off anyone that has concerns is a sure way to guarantee failure.
As for Vic Labor putting together an advisory committee of self-interested persons to give advice on the referendum will be as useful as udders on a bull.
