thank you, a most interesting & eye-opening link particularly in regard to the mass of of ANU graduates who ended up sucking on the public funding teat rather than employ their merits !
I tried to Google the usefulness & benefits of these people in return for the Billions of Dollars but couldn't find anything !

to you. You can Google his background for yourself.
His book "Learning to be a Minister," may be useful.

Did he ever employ people & run an enterprise successfully enough to pay his employees fairly ? All I see is University & Public Service stuff etc. which leads me to assume dependency of public funding throughout !
