Why worry? In Victoria if the coppers suspect anyone of anything they can break down their door at 3 am and then arrest them for conspiracy or some other nonsense. Obviously only far (Is there any other sort?) right people and then straight into jail. Make up bail conditions to keep them in prison and then a secret trial and off to jail with them.
