The electorate wont have a bar of ultra conservative politics, at the last election the Australian Conservative Party failed to garner even a half a percent of support. Then the party promptly disappeared up its own arse, taking the hard earned of the mug punters who joined up with them.
Pro James Allan is known for his mouthing of the unsubstauated claims Trump made after his defeat in the US Presidential election. Posted by Paul1405, Thursday, 29 July 2021 5:17:30 PM

Today's Liberal Party are not the traditional conservatives they once claimed to be. They are now Neo-Conservatives with an entirely different set of values and have been pushed to the extreme right due to internal factional battles and the infiltration of lobby groups such as the Religious Right.
There is no longer any political party to the right of the Liberals because they have attempted to absorb any group that may bleed off potential votes and therefore any other party, no matter how moderate is automatically deemed "left". Howard moved the Overton Window in line with his own fundamentalist views and abandoned previous moral principles in favour of short-term electoral benefit and they have been stuck there ever since. I wouldn't call the John Howard of the 90's either Traditionalist or Extreme Right- Left and Right aren't very descriptive of the political landscape anyway.
As for the Overton Window it has moved far to the Communist side- through the influence of mostly left wing media, universities, schools, health, whatever institutions the greasy commies can get their hands on. Basically Mao's four pillars as applied to Oz. They even appear to have a "sending down" system within workplaces in the form of the HR department. Howard during the 90's was perhaps a free trader- not normally considered to be Traditionalist- in the movie "Titanic" they called them "New Money"- Industrialists- Financial Traders. During the Howard era immigration was substantially increased for short sighted "growth" reasons- a policy which perhaps he later regretted. Free trader Ayn Rand has been called the creator of the Libertarian movement- there is perhaps some truth in her philosophy- the devils always in the detail. The Libertarian Mindset seems to show that opportunism can be a successful strategy at least in the short term- a type of military industrial complex. If we want stability we need to look to long lasting principles processes systems and to our ancestors- many of them created in the British Isles- many created within the domain of the Holy Roman Empire- many created in ancient Rome. Those of British Isles ancestry can be proud to be part of a long successful tradition. We of British Isles ancestry need to protect our lineage our traditions our spirit as it is the entity that sustains us and our progeny. Those attracted to socialist politics usually realize that someone has to be in charge and all systems create inequality- even Marxism and especially Trotskyism- so they're forced to admit conservative British politician- Churchill was right- The British political system is the worst system but Marxism is worse. There are those outside our sphere that seek to kill us and take our common-wealth. Death is prevalent throughout the tree of life. Every culture needs their own nation. I don't think that the usual "Reds Under The Bed" excuse for the excesses of Western culture is a valid argument.
Of course everything is seen as "left wing" when the common view is Hard Right and the usual socialist boogeyman is always trotted out Democratic Socialism as practiced now in various countries is definitely not Communism and from what I can see, China is succeeding in beating Capitalism at it's own game, albeit brutally. While you are so worried Socialism would take your freedoms, Free Market Capitalism tries to steal your pension, took your savings, sent your jobs abroad, robbed you of affordable health care, put you in debt and destroyed the environment, leaving you only racism, xenophobia, hate, and bitterness. Only 20 years ago it was possible for a single income household to survive and thrive but now it usually takes two incomes to break even. Public wealth has been stolen and handed over to "mates", leaving the remaining loss-making components to the taxpayer to support and when financial markets collapse (as per the GFC and this pandemic) the market always looks to socialist taxpayer handouts to stay afloat. While we wait for that eternally promised wealth to "trickle down" the horrendous gap between rich and poor continues to widen and homelessness and suicide rates continue to climb. People forget that the creation of Communist government is the result of violent revolution coming from the continued oppression of a population, not some lofty intellectual debate. As for Free Market champion Ayn Rand's popular view that government handouts were an "immoral distribution of wealth" it's ironic that she spent the last stage of her life dependent on Social Security and Medicare. Her views are no longer suited to today's society. Our local problems are overwhelmingly the result of our own work and globally - the oppressive Xi Jinping, the criminal thug Putin, the lying President Trump, the idiot Boris Johnson and here - Morrison, leading a pack of privileged corrupt misogynistic white men with a bunch of document-forging desk fetishists quietly waiting in the wings for their turn. This is interesting...
http://ari.aynrand.org/issues/government-and-business/individual-rights/The-Myth-about-Ayn-Rand-and-Social-Security/ Ayn Rand basically said that if you want food you need to help those producing it- but as I said the devils in the detail- some people have perhaps misused her philosophy- and there are issues in her philosophy- it's not the best but it's not completely bad- I'm a Traditionalist not a Libertarian- but from what I see Howard was a Libertarian. At least Rache is consistent in preaching Communist philosophy and supporting China against Capitalism. She wants to drag me to the village square and send me down- shoot me in the head at the end of the "discussion". What an act of love... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Struggle_session Struggle sessions were a form of public humiliation and torture used by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) at various times in the Mao era, particularly during the years immediately before and after the establishment of the People's Republic of China (PRC) and during the Cultural Revolution.[1][2] The aim of struggle sessions was to shape public opinion, as well as to humiliate, persecute, or execute political rivals and those deemed class enemies.[3] In general, the victim of a struggle session was forced to admit various crimes before a crowd of people who would verbally and physically abuse the victim until they confessed. Struggle sessions were often held at the workplace of the accused, but they were sometimes conducted in sports stadiums where large crowds would gather if the target was well-known.[ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mass_killings_under_communist_regimes http://www.iceagenow.info/the-four-steps-to-communism-taking-over-a-country/ The Four Steps to Communism Taking Over a Country 1) Demoralization, (15-20 years time frame) Purpose is create immoralty so they cannot recognize or believe truth 2) Destabilization, (2-5 years time frame) Create conditions- tipping points for degrading society. 3) Crisis, Take advantage of destabilization seize power (“never let a crisis go to waste”) 4) Normalization, Success achieved taking control governing power/authority and resetting structure. ___ As it indicates in Plato's Republic- the biggest problem is population- Every culture needs their own nation. As the communists say if you feel yourself losing the argument shout "fascist". Posted by Canem Malum, Friday, 30 July 2021 11:23:15 PM

Since then, Morrison has jettisoned even the "microscopic" freedom and small government principles he might have had. Morrison has overseen the "biggest inroads" on freedom and civil liberties in peacetime history; not to mention massive government spending.
Well said, Professor!
