And, before the likes of Paul1405 jump up & down bleating racist terminology, this is an age-old English saying totally & utterly not race related ! It refers to people who are perpetually misrepresenting facts !

Thanks for that. I have tried to say that to Paul1405 for ages but unfortunately, he is so entrenched in his indoctrinated hatred of anything that could result in good for all.
His mentality has no time to let scabs heal fully, he gets more satisfaction from tearing at them & rubbing salt into them !
He's probably making sure he'll get a full Superannuation from his employment in the Guilt industry !
