The bulk of small businesses haven't been destroyed and the economy is rebounding fine. The budget for those the government thought would still be needing assistance has dropped dramatically. The NSW Health Minister 'The Hazard' is doing his best not to come clean. Was the exemption grated at the ministerial level, was this person a special friend of the Liberal Party?
