Yippee, another quick 40mm, & it is still raining, so not the driest year.

Still a bloody awful year, but not a record.

I'm in suburban Brisbane at the moment and it really came down with thunder and lightning, then tapered off into good few hour of steady rain.

Hasbeen three AM it poured down, the house full of sleeping bodies I snuck out and just listened to it on the tin roof
Stopped now radar shows some got it more, even near yours.
Still dry maybe still a record, but brought the rain gauge in it had 8 mm!
May get more, 8mm, 200 m2 roof, eight 44 gallon drums of water in the main tank!
