We all are aware about the political bickering that is going on where the Federal Government desires to take over legislative powers, but what most people indeed most politicians and even so the lawyers and judges are aware of is what is constitutionally permissible.

As a “CONSTITUTIONALIST” I come across all kind of nonsense claims by politicians/lawyers and also judges as to what is constitutionally applicable. Hence, I seek the creation of an OFFICE OF THE GUARDIAN, a constitutional council, that advises the government, the People, the Parliament and the Courts as to what is constitutionally permissible and what is not.
Such an OFFICE OF THE GUARDIAN would therefore be an advisory body that would not and could not interfere with any persons rights but could be of tremendous assistance to provide non-political based details/information regarding constitutional issues.
We had a judge of the High Court of Australia refusing to hand down a judgment because he didn’t know the constitutional issue that was before the Court.

With an OFFICE OF THE GUARDIAN any person (no matter how poor) could obtain the identical information regarding a specific constitutional issues and so place them all on a so to say level playing field.

Instead of a person having to rely "just" on legal advise of a lawyer, who may or may not be right, the OFFICE OF THE GUARDIAN could provide information to enable you to assess for yourself what it is about.

It may also avoid a lot of political bickering as to what a Federal Government or a State Government can do as to legislation.

How many people would know this as Federal and State Government are bickering over those rights? “OUR” rights! That is why we all need a source of information that clarifies it!
