Yeah well, the employees getting screwed for a second time. The Authorities should sell some of his properties & compensate the workers. At least that'd be some Justice.

The unions have remained quiet on this. Like the politicians many of the unionists hope to be, they are pretty useless these days, more interested in preaching to society at large than they are in their paying members.

George The Wage Thief has been forced by the court to publish a written apology in the media. I wouldn't think that an enforced apology would be mean much.

I think you mean to say that the courts let him off the hook. The courts (inappropriately referred to as the justice system) supports the interests of the business community over the interests of the community. So getting a slap on the wrist by someone from his own class does not surprise me in the least.
