"Morrison may have called his victory a miracle, but it was a victory achieved through discipline - through grit".
No matter what you think of Morrison as a person, he won the election for the Coalition. He proved that he is a leader, something we haven't had for a long time.
Conversely, Labor had Shorten, a self-server, seen by voters as sleazy and untrustworthy. Now they have poor old Albo.
Like it or not, we seem to be in for presidential- style elections from now on. In the one just gone, the Ministers (dills, most of them) were thankfully kept out by the boss. The Coalition now has a proven leader; Labor does not
