While Professor Hughes might have made the original complaint, it stretches all credibility to claim that there was no input from anyone else, and that the punishment meted out to PR was simply due to a handful of incompetent bureaucrats.

Secondly, PR broke no rules of confidentiality only the edict of Professor Cocklin who had vastly overstepped both the letter and spirit of the confidentiality clause of the already shaky "code of conduct" in order to silence PR.
