Best think of 'large' (brown) paper bags?

One would think, even at the base level of care, there'd be a protocol that protected the patient and the carer from any possibility of complaint, particularly the patient in his case.

It seems obvious to me, if only two were in the room, than there are no witnesses.
Now that makes for a difficult prosecution.

The male nurse is innocent until proven guilty, so the management are powerless to act outside precautionary measures in the future, that cover further the "possibility" of a similar alleged crime.

The only intervention money may have had in this, is nursing homes are run for profit. The most obvious way to enlarge the profit margin is to run a skeleton staff roster, which, as we are so often made aware of, is the responsibility for the "alleged" crime is with management, who will no doubt evade any penalty for this tragic event.
