These perks for politicians, opposition politicians & public servants are unaffordable, cut them back!

These payouts and pensions are available to all politicians including ON, obviously one Nation sees them as excessive. If they come available to ON they must refuse the excessive amount. Maybe they can put a bill to fix payable amounts based on average incomes, or have an independent body fix politicians salaries, perks and pensions.

I tend to agree with Hasbeen. We can't do much about the pensions, and it's good to see the back of no hopers who will cost us less than they would have had they hung around longer.

After the next election, me thinks there will be more than Bishop and Pyne from the Coalition side lining up for a pension payout. How much would that total cock up, the Mad Monk from Warringah walk away with? I recall a big payout to Bronwyn Bishop, if it was five cents it would have been five cents too much.

Even though I fully agree with that, I still maintain Australian public servants' salaries are a major cause of our economic woes. They're simply too high & they're totally unjustified & unwarranted.
