Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz, the world's youngest leader, has ordered the closing of seven mosques and has begun deporting “radical” imams back to their homelands due to violations of a recent law in Austria that bans “political Islam”.

“Parallel societies, politicized Islam or radical tendencies have no place in our country,” Mr. Kurz said at a press conference announcing the measures in Vienna, while railing against the disastrous results of multiculturalism in Western Europe.

Chancellor Kurz believes Muslims must be loyal to Austria and willing to integrate into society if they are to stay in the country.

If they form a “parallel society” and start preaching “political Islam“, identity politics and divisiveness, they will be expelled.

Since taking office last year, Sebastian Kurz’s government has been investigating Muslim organizations suspected of violating the country’s 2015 Islam law.

The law aims to prevent any conflict between “thinking of oneself as a pious Muslim and proud Austrian citizen at the same time,” by regulating operations of the Islamic community.

Two imams have already received deportation orders, and another 60 are under investigation and could face expulsion along with their entire family, Herbert Kickl, the Austrian interior minister, said.

A number of mosques were shut down over suspicions of links to Islamic extremism after images emerged of children as young as four being forced to wear Turkish army uniforms and salute the Turkish flag inside the mosque in Vienna’s Favoriten district.

31-year-old Sebastian Kurz, who claimed victory in Austria’s general election last year while vowing to destroy the New World Order, is making good on his promise to ignore the European Union’s globalist directives regarding Muslim immigration.

Ultimately, Kurz plans to reclaim Austrian sovereignty by leading the nation out of the European Union.

The UN official called the coalition a “dangerous development in the political life of Europe,” and said he was particularly concerned with the new hardline migrant policies endorsed by Chancellor Sebastian Kurz.

He's pushing in the conservative direction. Sounds good to me.

Dozen Injured By Rampaging Migrant Gang In German Town.

At least 12 people were injured, many hospitalized, when a gang of migrant teenagers embarked on a violent rampage in the center of Amberg, Germany.

They certainly do. Many of the dead beat ALP electorates are riddled with Muslims. Muslims are not supposed to believe in democracy or voting. However, as part of their takeover plan they are using democracy against us.

There's the "Lockerbie disaster" issue with Gaddafi, but he was also a Communist, Nationalist.

The Syrian's are Ba'athist which identifies with Socialism, Nationalism, Secularism.

Perhaps it's the Nationalist Socialist bit that conflicts with certain elements in the Socialist Elements in the US. Strange how close ideologies often conflict. Also anything Nationalist/ Localist is likely to conflict with anything Globalist such as International Socialism or International Capitalism. Interesting that the Socialists supported the anti-globalist Wall Street protests (anti-global-capitalist protests)- this is what Deneen calls "supporting your own form of Liberalism".

Similar things happened during the Iraq Gulf War(s)- when Sadam Hussein was removed both chaos and immigration ensued. Ironically the Ba'athists being Secularists are probably closer in ideology to the West than the Persian's as well as historically being Western allies.

There's the oil of course- critical for global business- but damaging to the environment. The reliance on oil only increasing with world population increases. The problems with our energy infrastructure cannot be (but often are) underestimated- as Elon Musk says "we have to solve this problem"- but though I respect Musk's work- I have to side with the Malthusian view in this case that "the power of population is too powerful for technology". The only fix is one that fixes the population. But this is a "necessary but not sufficient condition".

Even with a population fix a technology fix will be required to address the various energy supply issues.

So in summary- the issue seems to boil down to a combination of- Globalist Ideology both in the Social and Market sense (both Democrats and Republicans)/ and Energy-Mining Politics.

Saying it another way- the elites appear to be influenced by the Liberalist Ideological/ Resourcing/ Unlimited Growth (which themselves conflict at some levels) but the hidden opposition (and the wider conflict) is the public and their nature and the wider natural context. At some stage you'd suspect that nature would have to win out- but I could see mankind and nature itself becoming twisted and unrecognisable from the conflict.

So finally- it seems that the conflict comes down to Liberalism against the Conservative Property of Nature Itself- nurture against nature- change against stability- chaos against order. ;)

Answer- I'm still not satisfied I answered your question.

Perhaps the leaders are torn between the public and ideology.

There appears to be an underlying issue with the way problems are analysed without factoring contradictions. Maybe leaders should be "project managers".

In another perspective- with statistics and maths modelling interesting (incorrect) results can occur with a failure to recognise dependent variables.

Perhaps these are the reasons for the apparent contradictions with the leaders. But this is rightly or wrongly the nature of democracy- leaders need to rely on advisers and the public- who have their strengths and weaknesses.

The solution??

Perhaps this is what Alexis de Tocqueville means by "Democratic Despotism"- with mass democracy there seems to be "a loss of the empirical" inherent in smaller more local forms of government. It relates to the "too big to fail" issue.

There are some streams of society that seem to have turned against the concept of democracy- because of structural issues- I wasn't sure what they meant by it- but with research I've learned that they seem to believe that by keeping things local society can function using public consensus- meetings and such- sort of a conservative form of anarchism.

In such a regime you could imagine that there could be concensus within families- given the concensus within families- a small number of families could cooperate on larger projects.

This seems to be similar to the pre-industrial model of society- given it's been tested before it should work- but it's been tried and failed before. Not sure why? Perhaps through lack of discipline. Some religious communities function well on this model.

Armchair Critic- The only reason I focused on the Energy issue is because it's relevant to the relationship between the Middle East and the West. Food is relevant to world population but this is not specific to the Middle East.

I'm sure increasing National Debt is a factor but immigration would create a debt spiral. We probably would be wise to address the underlying cause of the debt.

I like water wheels and turbines they're in the Megawatt range. In Australia turbines could be a good source of energy given we live close to the sea. The issue with renewables is storage as discussed in previous threads. At this stage this storage problem is the deal breaker.

But I would like to see more communities that are self sufficient and self managing so this means having local infrastructure- rather than "big utilities".

Isn’t it ironic how the mainstream media has the nerve to lecture everyone else about “fake news” when they are the primary source of fake news on a consistent basis stretching back years?

The most harmful fake news is routinely published by the mainstream media. They are the main progenitors of fake news.

– The fake news that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction and that Iraq was involved in 9/11, dutifully regurgitated without question by the mainstream media, resulted in hundreds of thousands of dead Iraqis, thousands of dead and injured U.S. troops, and the destabilization of an entire continent.

– The fake news that the rebels in Syria were “moderates” who did not have jihadist sympathies and should be supported led to the destruction of Syria, Libya and the rise of ISIS.

– The fake news narrative that the media was balanced in its coverage of the presidential election was completely obliterated when Wikileaks emails revealed that countless mainstream media reporters were in bed with the Clinton campaign, feeding them debate questions beforehand and conspiring with Hillary’s staff to portray her in a positive light.

– The fake news that George Zimmerman was obsessed with Trayvon Martin’s race before the altercation that led to Martin’s death was accomplished by means of NBC deceptively editing an audio tape. This incident stoked racial tensions across the country and laid the groundwork for the violent ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement that was to follow.

– The fake news that produced the “hands up, don’t shoot” narrative, which was proven to be completely fraudulent, led to riots, violent attacks and looting in Ferguson, Missouri, as well as numerous other U.S. cities. Even after the rioting began, the mainstream media continued to legitimize the unrest. Fake news outlets continued to parrot the “hands up, don’t shoot” narrative even after it was proven false.

– The fake news that Donald Trump had no chance whatsoever of winning the presidential election was proudly pushed by countless mainstream media outlets, with the Huffington Post even predicting that Hillary Clinton had a 98% chance of winning the presidency. When this fake news narrative was completely demolished on November 8, it swept away trust in political polling and the mainstream media to an even greater degree, prompting the backlash that you now see with the corporate press calling everyone else “fake news” when they are the real fake news.

Stupidity & vindictiveness joined forces with lack of integrity & that trio made up the nucleus of the left.

Indian MPs pass contentious citizenship bill that excludes Muslims

India's lower house passed on Tuesday legislation that will grant citizenship to members of certain religious minorities but not Muslims, sparking protests in the country's northeast.

The bill covers select groups -- including Hindus, Christians and Sikhs -- who moved from Bangladesh, Pakistan and Afghanistan and who have lived in India for at least six years.

Muslims are excluded, in what critics say is a transparent pitch by Hindu nationalist Prime Minister Narendra Modi to voters as India gears up for elections due by May.

The legislation, which still needs approval in the upper house, sparked a second day of protests on Tuesday in the northeastern state of Assam, where millions have settled in recent decades after fleeing neighbouring countries.

Demonstrators in the state are angry about the bill not because it excludes Muslims but because it grants citizenship to settlers from elsewhere, accusing the migrants of taking away jobs from indigenous groups.

The hilly state of 33 million people known for its tea plantations has been plagued for decades by tensions between tribal and ethnic indigenous groups and settlers from outside the region.

Last year the Assam government published a draft citizens' register that left off four million people unable to prove they were living there before 1971, when millions fled Bangladesh's war of independence.

A deadline to provide documents to be included in the registry passed on December 31, and the final list is due to be published on June 30.

In Tuesday's protests in Assam, the militant North East Students' Organization (NESO) vandalised offices of Modi's Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and set banners and posters on fire.

Police said that protesters threw stones at officers.

"We have identified the stone pelters by seeing video footage and they will be booked soon," Assam police official Surjeet Singh Panesar said.

On Monday a small party in the BJP-led coalition in Assam, the Asom Gana Parishad (AGP), walked out of the alliance in protest at the bill, saying it would lead to an influx of Bangladeshi Hindus.
